Located north approximately 3-4 hours north of the cities in Hibbing, MN on the Iron Range. Gilbert ATV Park is known as one of the best places in Minnesota to bring an ATV, ride Motocross, or to play in the dirt with other ORV’s (off road vehicles). There are 36 miles of trails which range from beginner to advanced “Black Diamond” runs. You will see all types of vehicles in the dirt here and makes for lots of fun spectating! Look for plenty of events like rock crawls, and mud runs!
The Sherwood Forest Campground is located near the entrance of the trail which makes for easy access.

This ATV Park is a great place for the beginners or the novice to get some experience riding, but definitely has challenges for everyone. Lots of modest, sandy hills and wide open spaces will encourage rider confidence and guaranteed to bring some big smiles! Faribault is only about an hour south of Fractional Toys so bring a grill and cooler, play for an afternoon and be home for dinner! TriCounty also has a safety training facility on the premise, restrooms and even a picnic area for spectators, bring the whole family– Great place to host your next team builder or corporate event!
Gandy Dancer Trail

The Gandy Dancer is part of a lengthy ATV/snowmobile trail that winds through Minnesota and back into Wisconsin on its way from St. Croix Falls near Interstate Park. The trail makes a connection with the Saunders State Trail just south of Superior, near Duluth MN. The Gandy starts in Danbury and runs through the towns of Luck, Siren, and Webster. Danbury is the place to unload, there are plenty of campgrounds with great camping, hunting,and fishing as well–this makes for a great weekend getaway!
Danbury is only about an hour and a half from the Twin Cities. Stop and play at Grand Casino in Hinckley or the St. Croix and Hole in the Wall Casino are near as well. If you go through Hinckley, make sure you stop at Tobies Bakery for the famous sweet rolls!

Finally, if you’re headed toward the Brainerd Lakes Area, be sure to check out the great Brainerd MN ATV Trails and Trail Clubs in the area. The Crow Wing Southern Loop, Fort Ripley and the Miller Black Bear Trail are all in the area, this trail system connects the Pine Center Trail with the Fort Ripley Trail and they provide access to the city of Brainerd. Much of the trail passes along farm and country landscapes which make for easy riding. Miller Black Bear Trail overlooks the scenic Mississippi and you will find stops with picnic tables and grills, make sure to watch for the wildflowers in the spring! The trail is provided by Crow Wing County and Central Lakes ATV Club.
