Check them out, and start planning your next adventure with snowmobile rentals and all the related equipment you need from Fractional Toys!

1. Ahnapee State Trail

Located in Door County, which has 250 miles of snowmobile trails, the Ahnapee State Trail is a multi-use trail that extends over 50 miles. It used to be an old railroad and was turned into a trail for hikers, horseback riders, bikers, and snowmobilers.

This trail interconnects with 95 miles of other trails from different counties, beginning in the Green Bay region and continuing beyond the southern county line. Whether in the driver’s seat or riding as a passenger on a two-up snowmobile, you’ll witness fantastic scenery that’ll have you coming back for more.

2. Bailey’s Harbor to Sister Bay Trail

Also located in Door County, the trail from Bailey’s Harbor to Sister Bay is another of Wisconsin’s most popular snowmobile trails. Bailey’s Harbor is a nature preserve and National Natural Landmark with miles of diverse trails and two lighthouses.

The trail is inaccessible during the warmer months due to it passing through the Mud Lake State Wildlife area, so you can only see the amazing views of Lake Michigan during the winter. This makes the Bailey’s Harbor to Sister Bay trail extra special because it rewards you with views only other snowmobilers have seen.

3. Shawano County Trails

Maintained by volunteers, the Shawano County trails are sure to give you a shot of adrenaline. An easy day trip from Green Bay, the Shawano County trails offer amazing postcard scenery.

Plus, once you’ve finished your snowmobile ride, you can check out the restaurants, bars, and accommodations.

4. Sheboygan County Trails

Spanning over 230 miles, the Sheboygan County snowmobile trails offer up some pristine landscapes and stunning views. Enjoy the beauty of nature while zipping along the backwoods with confidence on your rental Polaris or Ski-Doo.

Afterward, you can try some of the best beers in Wisconsin to warm yourself up!

5. Three Lakes Trails

Located in northern Wisconsin, the Three Lakes trails span 132 miles. It’s the perfect place to bring your snowmobile and enjoy some beautiful scenery.

The trails consist of the Kimball Trail that stretches from the Nicolet National Forest to Vilas and Forest County. It also includes trails to Monice and Pelican Lakes to the south and St. Germain and Eagle River to the west and north.

You could ride these trails multiple times and see something different every time!

6. Vernon County Trails

If you are looking for the most diverse set of trails, check out the Vernon County trails. It’s a beautiful area with more than 250 miles of trails that clubs and volunteers maintain to keep the trails safe.

Along the way, you’ll see an array of landscapes, from open land to rugged terrain. You’ll pass through valleys and narrow ridges, which are sure to give you a thrill.
