Renting an RV for a family vacation provides incredible bonding opportunities and memories that will last a lifetime. Fractional Toys believes a life spent outdoors is the best way to make lasting memories, and we want to make sure you are fully prepared for your next camping adventure. Below is a list of rental resources to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable renting experience.
- Training Videos
Before you climb into the driver’s seat, take a minute to watch hands-on training videos by one of our camper manufacturers. The videos cover important details of camper and motorhome management, such as its features and functions. You will better understand both interior and exterior features on your camper. - Need-to-know exterior features include:
- Water hookups
- Electric hookups
- Gas hookups
- Breakers
- Awnings
- Attaching a pull-behind camper to your vehicle.
- Important interior features and functions include:
- Connect/disconnect switches
- Gas and electric monitors
- Air conditioning and heating units
- Pet Addendum
Interested in bringing your pet along for your next family vacation? Fractional Toys has a pet-friendly rental policy to keep your entire family together if you rent one of our toys or motorhomes. A Fractional Toys representative will ask you to sign our standard Pet Addendum to ensure our toys remain in pristine condition. We believe in the “invisible pet,” meaning we should not be able to tell an animal was present when you return your toy to us. - Insurance
If you wish to rent a camper or motorhome with us, you may choose to obtain an insurance binder or endorsement from your existing auto insurance company, or you may purchase motorhome insurance through our carrier, MBA Choice Insurance. - Campgrounds
We may be biased, but we think some of the most beautiful campgrounds exist in Minnesota. We’ve developed a list of 25 of our favorite campgrounds around the Twin Cities area, some of which are located in scenic state parks!
Before you book your motorhome, you should also be sure your family has developed a budget in advance. This will help you get a better idea of what accessories you’d like to bring along, the size of camper you’d like to rent, and where to camp. Once you know your destination, we will be able to give you an estimate for mileage charges and rental fees. Keep in mind, peak rental times are during summer holidays and music festivals.
