Rental Policies

Gift Cards can be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Fractional Toys, such as rental, service/repair, membership, accessories and more. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Fractional Toys Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold. Fractional Toys Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire 2 years from date of purchase.

• To secure the reservation, a $200 deposit is required with the Reservation Application and is applied to the final balance of the reservation. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
• Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, which means a deposit has been received by Fractional Toys.
• Fractional Toys reserves the right to substitute a toy should a toy become unavailable for any reason. We will notify you prior to departure if this occurs and do our best to provide “like” or better than the current rental.​

• All drivers must be 25 years of age or older.
• Renter must have a major credit card and valid driver’s license, with the same renter’s name on both.
• Renter must be present at time of pick-up.
• Renter must provide proof of valid insurance.
• 2 additional drivers may be added but they must provide proof of insurance for the rental.
• Electric brakes are required when renting a travel trailer over 3,000 lbs (ex: any trailer over 21'). No exceptions.
• Campers 28 ft. or larger require a weight distribution hitch, available to rent from Fractional Toys for $40 per trip.

• Rental is based on number of nights it is used. Each night constitutes a rental day.
• If a rentals is returned after 12pm on the scheduled day of return, an additional days charge will be billed.
• Rental charges are based on rates in effect at pick-up and return dates. Rates are subject to change, meaning there are high red season dates (ex: festivals, concerts and holidays).
• A detailed Rental Orientation will be provided the date of departure.

• Departure times are SCHEDULED appointments, Monday through Friday starting at 12:00 PM with last pickup at 5:00 PM. No Saturday or Sunday pickups.
• Appointments are scheduled for reservation pick-up and are very important to keep. Please be on time or you will move to the end of the line for pick-up (END OF THE DAY).
• Rental returns are between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Our rental agents will coordinate these times with you.
• Other departure or return times may be arranged and an additional fee may be charged.
• No refunds for early returns.
• A minimum $100 late fee or an additional nights charge will apply to all late returns, unless scheduled with a Fractional Toys team member.
• Delivery/setup and pickup of a toy is available starting at $100. Call for additional details.

• A $200 deposit for campers, boats, and powersports toys and $500 for motorhomes is required to secure the reservation, and must be submitted with the Reservation Application. Cash, Checks or all major credit cards are accepted.
• Full payment is due 30 days before departure for all vehicles, except motorhomes when full payment is due 45 days before departure. Reservations made within 10 days require immediate payment in full.
• A security deposit ranging from $250-$2,000 is required at the time of departure, in the form of cash or a major credit card. Damage to the toy, additional mileage, additional generator hours, dumping of the waste tanks, parking violations are just a few items the security deposit is applied towards.
• The remaining balance of the security deposit is refunded within 14-30 days of return of the rental.

• Reservation cancellations with application and over 30 days before departure are eligible for a RV Rental credit for 1 year. After the 365th day, the credit will be voided.
• Reservation cancellations within 30 days before departure are not eligible for refund.
• A $35 processing fee is accessed for all refunds on reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the reservation date.

• If you purchase CDW, we waive our right to collect from you a portion of Physical Damage to the Vehicle. We will not waive this right if damage to the Vehicle: (a) is caused by anyone who is not an Authorized Driver; (b) is caused by a Vehicle driver under the influence of any drug or alcohol; (c) is caused by anyone who obtained use of the Vehicle or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (d) occurs while the Vehicle is used during the commission of any crime, other than a minor traffic violation; (e) occurs while carrying persons or property for hire, while pushing or towing anything, during any race, speed test or contest, or, while teaching anyone to drive; (f) results from carrying dangerous or hazardous items or illegal materiel; (g) results from use of the Vehicle outside the United States or Canada, our outside any geographic limitations stated elsewhere in this agreement; (g1) is caused by driving on unpaved roads; (h) occurs while transporting more person than the Vehicle has seat belts, while carrying persons outside the passenger compartment, or while transporting children without approved child safety seats as required by law; (i) occurs when the odometer has been tampered with or disconnected; (j) occurs when the Vehicle s fluid levels are low, or it is otherwise reasonable to expect you to know that further operation would damage the Vehicle; (k) is caused by inadequately secured cargo; (l) is caused, by anyone who sits, lies or stands on the roof of the Vehicle; (n) results from your willful, wanton or reckless act or misconduct; and, (m) occurs and you fail to notify us and the police of any accident or vandalism causing damage to the Vehicle. The CDW limit applies to EACH accident separately not cumulatively. NOTE: Nashville RV considers damage of striking a fixed object while on private property, negligence. This incident is not covered by CDW.

• Fractional Toys does not carry insurance on any rental for renters. Renters may provide insurance for a toy through their own auto insurance policy.
• If a renter chooses to provide their own insurance, the insurance agent must add Fractional Toy Store, LLC and the vin number of the toy, to the insurance agreement. If they are unable to do so, you may purchase insurance through MBA insurance for some equipment.
• Those renting a RV, who do not have auto insurance or are unable to provide the proper insurance binder, will be required to purchase insurance through our partner MBA insurance.
• Insurance will not cover damaged awnings.

• You are responsible for all damage to the rental (regardless of fault).
• Loss of use of the rental while it is being repaired.
• Decreased value of the rental caused by damage to it or repair of it, which is not covered by insurance. The decrease in value charge is at least 2% the value of the rental.
• All damage or loss caused by blowout, punctures or other road damage, unless the damage is caused by a “loss” that is collision on comprehensive.
• Missing equipment and/or parts.
• Damage claims, no matter who is at fault, will incur an administration fee ranging from $30-$250.
• Theft and vandalism.
• YOU MUST report all accidents and/or damage within 3 hours of the occurrence to Fractional Toys. You agree to pay these charges from the credit source listed in your contract and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities, unless insurance was purchased through MBA, then Fractional Toys will submit all accident reports and claims to MBA.

• Restricted areas include but not limited to Mexico, Dalton or Dempster Highways in Canada; New York City, Apache Trail, AZ; Bonnarooo and the Burning Man event held near Reno.
• Non-public roads.
• Roads with low clearance, bridges and even tree limbs.
• Unpaved, dirt roads and “off-road” areas.
• Areas that prohibit large trucks.
• If the renter travels in these areas, they are liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges and other expenses because of the breakdown.

• The renter is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels when refueling each time, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately.
• Instructions and procedures for maintenance, will be provided at the time of rental.
• Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage because of negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. This includes driving the unit too fast or too hard.
• Radio, TV, satellite, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise control, and generator malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available. These are considered value add or luxury items.
• Fractional Toys will provide our toy specialists contact information, to aid with any questions throughout your trip.

• No mileage fees on ANY TOWABLE product.
• There are 100 miles per night included in the nightly rate of the Motorhomes.
• Mileage is estimated for round trip and paid prior to leaving and the difference of the mileage will billed/credited upon return.
  • Additional miles are figured as shown in the following example. A 10-day trip gets 1,000 free miles, the next 1,000 miles are billed at $0.35 per mile, the next 1,000 billed at $0.79 per mile and the next 1,000 at $1.25 per mile. Most rentals fall within the first (free) or second tier ($0.35).
• Please call our Club House to receive a quote for additional mileage charge.

• 3 free hours per day included in the rental of the Motorhome.
• $5.00 per hour after free usage.
• Additional generators available for rent with no daily mileage limit.
• The generator is a luxury option and is susceptible to service interruption and considered not reliable; no credits/refunds will be made for use of the generator.

• Renters are required to bring the toy back in “near clean condition” or a cleaning fee will be charged.
• Cleaning includes basic exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, hoses and adaptors.
• If the toy(s) require special cleaning, an additional charge will be billed (ex: fumigation, undercarriage pressure washing, filthy interior/exterior taking more than 30 minutes to clean, etc.). This fee is at the sole discretion of Fractional Toys.
• The cleaning charge is for interior and exterior cleaning only. It does not cover any repairs needed.

• All the toys fuel tanks are “topped off” (or full) before departure we ask they be returned in the same condition. A refueling fee of $50 plus the cost of the fuel will be applied if toy is less than full when returned.
• Fuel tank capacity or fuel mileage are not warrantied. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rates.
• All gasoline, diesel or propane, refueling during the trip is at the customer’s expense.

• We have an "invisible pet" policy, because of potential allergens.
• $20 per day to have a pet in specific travel trailer/motorhomes.
• Additional fees will be charged at the sole discretion of Fractional Toys. If a travel trailer/motorhome is returned showing signs of a pet (ex: pet hair removal starting at $50 and fumigation at $50 per hour).
• We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. AT MINIMUM, THE RENTER, WILL FORFEIT THE ENTIRE DAMAGE DEPOSIT IF THERE IS ANY evidence of smoking. A fine will also be charged for the decreased value of the vehicle. This charge is at the sole discretion of Fractional Toys.

• Towing is not allowed on any of our motorhomes, unless otherwise coordinated with a Fractional Toys Team Member.
• Hitch mounted items (bike racks, cargo racks, etc.) must be hooked up, and inspected by Fractional Toys at our location before departure. All units have hitches LOCKED to prevent unauthorized towing.
• If towing a toy over 3,000 lbs, all vehicles are required have an electronic break control system.

• No one-way rentals are allowed.

• Additional accessories such as pots and pans, eating utensils, plates, cups, bedding, camping supplies, toasters, coffee pots, etc. are available through Fractional Toys. Please see our optional accessories section, call or email for further details.

• Winter hours (starting October 1st) - our Oakdale location is open from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday; closed Saturday & Sunday.
• Summer hours (Memorial to Labor Day weekend) - our Oakdale location is open from 9 AM - 6 pm Monday through Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM Friday, and Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM. 
• Our Rogers location is open 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday; weekends by appointment, based on staff availability. 
• Please call ahead if planning to come in on Sunday or after hours to view our Club House or toys. We are happy to stay late or come in to work around your schedule.
